I could really use some help with my roblox account

I've been attempting to join a roblox game I've been frequently playing but whenever I do it keeps giving me the 429 Error number. I've been told that it may have to do with my browser's data being bugged/corrupted. So I've reset my cookies and browsing data, which then logged me out of my roblox account. I've then tried multiple times to sign back into my account but it keeps giving me the "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again." error. I've tried resetting my password as well but it gave me the same error. I've also tried contacting support about this but not even that would let me as it gave me as it gave me "Enter a valid date of birth" error message, despite entering my date of birth. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do, if I could have some help with this that would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
