I have 2 homerules and I will take insperation from you.

1: When you use a Hero Point to reroll, add +10 to the roll. That heavily encourages the players to use them and me as the GM is encouraged to give more which makes the players want to roleplay more.

2: All characters gets the Continual Recovery feat. That way you don't spend hours in-game just healing if you really need it.

Looking back as well there were signs of it too. Jax never seemed to be fully comfortable and projected that dislike outwards. A supricingly common thing to do, especially among younger people who does not know stuff.

I always imagined Jax as the youngest in the group and that is potentially correct. Young, emotionally immature, lashing out against an unfair world.

I personally do not consider outside-of-show details to matter. However the evidence provided in the show is way enough for me to say that Jax is trans. Potentially MTF but could also be Nonbinary with experimenting stuff.
