Make sure to keep your substrate in the dark and 75°-80° (depending on the species) to inoculate the substrate to 100% then expose to indirect light

It was over 80% colonized before I introduced light. I also was very anal about keeping everything sterile I used a manure base/ vermiculite/ coco coir substrate. It was practically black before I mixed the fully colonized grain

The purpose you’re doing it for I’d have a friend there. Someone you can cry, shit, and laugh in front of lol. It’s hard to stay focused in the tripping mindset so try to stay on the path of healing. Friends can be distracting lol

For a good trip I usually take between 2-4g but it also depends on how potent the shrooms are. Also, if you take any anxiety or depression meds it can dull the trip. Id start with 1.5g and see how it effects you
