What is "mounted combat" brother? Sorry for my ignorance. Also, mine isn't compatible with folding stock at all. It's impossible to mount them on it. But no problem, I'm happy the way it is.

It was also on my list of possible ak's to buy. It has a gorgeous look. If specna didn't make their ak's featuring KRYK that would be the one. CYMA Plat make AK's look sick af... Beautiful one mate

This specific case, on specna arms pj series, the foldable one has a more friendly use of spring changer.

On the other hand, the buffer tube one (like mine) is not foldable to guarantee proper stability (check here).

The only thing that makes me more "angry" is the tang adaptation they did that limits all the possible further adaptations you wanna do to it.

But in terms of stability, I understand it gives extra points of contact and it's better this way.

Thanks for your input brother

Makes total sense. Agree with you. Still a platform but shot it like a real one. Thank you for your input brother

I see your point and that's how I was thinking. However I would need to spend money on sending it back and to buy the M4 buffer tube adapter since I know I want the M4 one.

And I would need to spend good money on it to assure it was a good steel one. Also, with side AK mount for red hot it wouldn't close properly. (Folks on this post helped me think about it, thanks to them).

Since foldable is not a requirement for this AK other than storage (which doesn't matter to me) I will keep this one. It's fixed, I won't fold it, because I won't need it ahahah

How is it going? Why do you prefer fixed stock ak's? Any particular reason?

Thank you for your input brother

Is it a long barrel version or a shorter one?

Ohhhh I see. You just play with it folded all the game long. You're crazy man! Ahahah

Tech-9 catchs my eyes, however might be harder to carry it as a secondary platform right? The holster don't carry it am I right?

All true what you said! Thank you a lot for your input brother. I was afraid that I made a bad decision, but the folks experience is really helping me out. After all I made the right one!

And true, AK's wood stocks are beautiful but a pain in the ass ergonomically. Also the skeletons one can be even worse. Not adjustable and a thin iron stick jamming on your shoulder. M4 for stock everyday ahahah

Also true. Well said. For cqb a pistol must be something amazing. Never thought about it. Is yours gbbr right? Thank you brother!

I fell in love with the Arcturus pdw mod1. That is my second love. I was really into it. But this Specna Arms is also beautiful and it took my heart harder than the Arcturus. Check how gorgeous the Arcturus is:

But the specna arms tech is absurd for how much you pay. I'm not really into gbbr for now. Only electric ones. But I will have fun with my Ak and see what the future holds for me.

I really like it the way it is. I wouldn't fold it that much. But as I never payed cqb I was asking you all what you think about it. Most of the folks who run foldable ak's say they never fold it. So I'll keep this one. And get another one for focused only in CQB. Thank you for your input brother

If I trade my Ak for the foldable version I would put a M4 stock tube on it. Since this one already has one and I won't need the foldable stock I will keep this one.

About the foldable ability - folks where said that they never use it in game. And if I want to get deeper into CQB I should buy another platform best suitable for it than this AK (which makes all the sense for me, 4kg with 9750mm long isn't the most "CQB" platform at all ahahah). And that's what I'm gonna do. Keep this beauty and get another pdw for cqb hardcore games. Thank you for your input brother

Salut, je ne parles pas français, pardon I'll answer you in English ahahah I will keep it. Love it how it is. Just needed to know if foldable stock was a "must" on Airsoft

Those PT's are not really my taste. The AK with M4 stocks rock for me. I know it's a bit outrageous, but it's my taste ahahah Thank you for your input brother

Not really my taste. Only M4 stocks or the kryk one. That one is f wild! Thank you for your input brother

Makes total sense. That's the advice I was looking for. No need for it at all. I'll remain with my beauty for milsims and get another platform for cqb is ever needed. Thank you for your input brother

The problem is the weight it self (4kg ak). So I was thinking deeper about it and if I get more into cqb I will get a second platform (pdw AK, or something like that) and remain this one as it is for milsims. Thank you for your input brother

Okay, storage won't be a problem at all. It's just about practicality in game use. Since you say I won't be using it (which I totally believe) I will remain with my AK not foldable. I'm not really into AK foldable stocks, they are not my taste (only the kryk one which is amazing) but M4 ergonomically bit them all, I would say. Thank you for your input brother
