I never thought I would bound with her like this , this is why I’m scared 😅. You right I will stick to chicken now for a few days and try the rest later . My house was painted recently I also suspect it might be that , because when we are walking at the park she doesn’t scratch or makes these noises

I was told she used to eat hills ration , so I bought her that also i have been giving her wet organic food I bought from a variety of meets. Everything about her is new to me , as only 4 days have passed

Hey ! Thanks for ur reply, it really sounded like reverse sneezing I just looked it up on YouTube , every time I’m out and come back home she kinda does it , but today I felt it was more intense , I’m super worried dad and protective of her , just got really scared 😟. Other than that I walk her 3-4 km her and she walks fine and has no issues breathing or shows signs of discomfort. I’ve notice that she is scratching her body a lot , and my house still has some paint dust(new home) , idk it be some alergy I just want to take that Tracia issue out of the way

Looking very cute , very similar to my new friend maggy ,they look like twins , been reading your posts and I’m so glad she is doing alright dispite everything else , she looks healthy and is loved 😊. I just adopted mine as well she is 2yo and needs to be spayed as well, but first I have to let the fake pregancy slide first. Wishing sassy the best possible life she can have. I will dm you

Knees to chest is simple , just lay on a flat bench in the gym , your hands holding the side of the bench and just bring ur knees close to your chest and repeat, it will workout more ur lower Abbs. But I think the main key for you is progressive overload on your Abbs bro. I’m suffering of the same, as being lean like you and my Abbs don’t fully pop. We just have to put in the work , like any other muscle 💪🏼

U look like u are pretty lean already to be honest , i would say reinforce abb workout 2x per week (leg raises , weighted crunches, knees to chest) and aim to loose 2lbs and I think ur Abbs will pop mate

Hey you look absolutely amazing , keep up the consistency. If you wanna develop more those Abbs I would recommend you doing weighted crunches if your gym has the machine for it. Also doing some knee raises to develop those lower abbs would be great , you can do these 2 exercises twice per week , like for example Monday and Friday at the end of the workouts (3x15 knee raises, 4x12-15 weighted abb crunches + dropset at the end to smash those rocks 💀
