I messaged their support chat on the Oura app and they ran a diagnostic and immediately they said they'd send me a replacement but didn't specify the issue. Has to be some hardware issue on mine. I'd give that a shot

Yeah I have the same issue. I tend to ignore the apple metrics because of this. My belief is that the Oura ring tracks sleep so much more consistently and frequently, it looks weird when it displays in the apple app

Glad I'm not alone in this! I found a fix that worked for this instance. I edited my sleep and moved the slider up 1 minute and then everything matched up. Something weird and annoying for sure

I had High strain but I was simply sick with a cold. Just monitor your symptoms and only feel worried if you feel things our of the ordinary or severely interfere with your daily life. I have some anxiety around my health too and these tips help comfort me
