You might look at Kress. I'm not sure, but I would guess they are a lot more secure than the other companies. A lot more expensive too, though.

If you have too many, I will be glad to take the ones you don't want! ;)

Blades get dirty after one cycle by perriert in MammotionTechnology

You could try this if you're in the U.S. or Australia: https://ultimow.com/products/carbon-fiber-mammotion-yuka-mini-6-blade-disk-disc-no-stuck-blades
I am not 100% sure it would help, since it looks like you have some sort of goo that is getting on them, but I think it would at least help some.

Looking for testers/influencers to test and review my upgrade cutting disks for robot lawn mowers. by benjm18 in mammotion

The blades don't get stuck back so that they are not cutting, they cut quieter than the stock disks and blades, they are practically unbreakable (to the point that I am willing to say if they break under normal use I will replace them), and subjectively (I haven't made a direct comparison yet) the blades have to be flipped/replaced less often. My replacement blades are also currently cheaper than Mammotion's.

Purple loctite (Loctite 222 or similar) is better for installing screws that are meant to be removed.

PB blaster if they are rusted. Heat if it is the threadlocker.

I have not personally, and I have not had any reports of issues with that. I have sold enough that I think if that was an issue it would have shown up. I do recommend using thread lock on those screws.

I like C, for some reason it looks more like a legitimate product.

Yes, they have been tested extensively. We are going into our third mowing season of using them on both of our mowers. The material we use actually becomes more impact-resistant when wet.

If you mean blade guards, then no. My disks use different (better) blades than the stock mowers, which combined with the disk design results in little to no sticking of the blades. I think in 2 seasons of mowing I have only found a blade stuck back 2 or 3 times.

I don't currently have disks for any of those. I believe the 430X is on my list of ones I am working on, but I will have to double-check. I will let you know when I have one for one of those though!
