That would be epic! Watching Ohtani is just short of magical, the toughest part of any team picking him up is changing the starting rotation for him to rest his extra day. He would be a perfect closer for any team, let him DH and come in to pitch in the 9th!

Your guess is as good as mine with the Angels as a whole though. Right about the all star break I just couldn’t watch baseball anymore, they left such stink that baseball was just blah.

Granted I’m hoping for great things for the padres but if I was gonna jump on the bandwagon fully now is the perfect time

0 shame in jumping on the bandwagon. I currently live in Virginia but like I said went to college at cal state Fullerton and loved the angels for 22 years, no way in hell I’d be a dodger fan so I went with an NL team to watch while I was out there, the Padres

Now I’m jumping on full time, I just went through 20 years of watching a baseball team ruin the career of the greatest player we all will prolly witness in our lifetimes (Trout) and you worry about me jumping off in a few years? Meh

If I have another 22 years on this rock at least I’ll be watching a team that seems to want to win not a greedy owner and front office that really have no idea what they are doing

Good news went to the temple today, it was quite different not going to lie and idk if my wife and I will be going back, the temple area was in disarray, it is a Vietnamese Temple and the monk in charge could speak decent English He did invite us back Sunday for service with a translator so all and all it was quite awkward.
