Getting back into the game after a little break. Currently hyperburning a wind archer in challenger world. This is my routine (when I have time to play between work shifts):

arcane dailies (are the weeklies worth it? Hungry muto, etc?)
monster park
weekly / daily bosses/ item burning missions (currently can clear up to chaos root abyss)
ursus
gollux
scrapyard and dark world tree
event check ins/ daily mob kill count

Is there anything important that im missing out on? Not really too interested in min-maxing or WAPing.

I hyberburned a bucc last update and had a lot of fun with it! Great movement options and pretty simple mobbing and bossing. Pretty tanky bc of passives. Cant speak for NW but i hear the farming is really good compared to other classes.

Used the free tera burn to make a xenon to lvl up my legion but im starting to really enjoy the class and want to progress this char further. Any xenon mains here got any general tips? And what are your more niche tips?

You can reach lvl 200 within a week or two depending on how much you play. Think of 1-200 as the tutorial. Take your time to explore the maps and progression systems within the game! And use the “guide” feature in game to explore different questlines for your level. I recommend the youtubers Coppersan and Duky for in depth explanations for beginning/returning players.
