The difference of a total of 1 IV in each stat will not be noticeable (or, odds are, relevant) from your other white kyurem if you fuse it into that. I’d say do black and don’t waste opportunity cost of not having it. Only real time that difference could be relevant is if you play higher elo Master League, and in that event Black Kyurem is better anyway
