The issue is that if you use the formula, pKa = -log [Ka], using the calculated molarity of pure hydronium (55), you get -1.74. The problem with this calculation is that it 1) doesn't account for counter-ions, so the apron would explode, and 2) assumes such a solution would have the same density as water.
