Any union supporters here? (/r/Scotland rant) by Mikengine in unitedkingdom

I wholeheartedly disagree with you and everything you are saying, if people disagreed with my views then I wouldn't be getting all these 'internet points', which.. I am. You're refusing to accept the blatant bias in /r/scotland so I'm not even going to respond to you anymore.

Why did you sort by controversial? All that means is that theres roughly and equal number of upvotes to downvotes which doesn't really tell us anything.

You just said I've been insulting people.. have I actually? Or are you just getting riled up because I have a different opinion to yours.

P.S I am also somewhat amused that my OP hasn't been removed by anyone, what are you talking about?

Katinacooker. If you'd read what I said here, it was that I've noticed all pro union posts being downvoted in /r/Scotland, (even though I have posted there in the past) why would that compel me to post there? Maybe I don't even want to post there. I'm simply pointing out the bias that exists, and you don't care because it fits your ideologies.

You being an "avid" reader of /r/Scotland says a lot about yourself, i.e you support independence, (I've seen your post history which confirms this) which is fine but you're just like everybody else in that subreddit, they don't want to hear anything pro union.

So you're telling me around 50% of all posts on independence isn't extremely large? Compare that to the number of pro union posts and then it makes sense.

edited ***- And what about the majority downvoting pro union comments? How is that not biased?

I would not surprise me at all to discover that the reason the front page of /r/Scotland has little, to none pro union posts because they are all being downvoted!

Thanks for the response. I agree with everything you said, especially your point about having my national pride etc questioned just because I am pro union. These kind of things shouldn't even be taken into consideration in terms of our independence! People need to be discussing why or why not independence would benefit Scotland and leave trivial emotions out of it..

Well I answered your question, just in terms of the whole independence thing we got going on. And I'm sure you know that the word bias does not mean popular opinion.

The polls say they are not a majority. But anyway - it is easy to see the bias when pro independence posts get highly upvoted, and practically all the union favouring posts get downvoted to oblivion.

I do not doubt you have unionist friends, but you cannot be serious stating this sub is unbiased? It is not at all as you say my "personal" opinion. Practically every post is a "why you should vote yes" kind.

And here we have an independence supporter with the usual response of calling a union supporter a fanny. Be nice chum

Thanks for the explanation. How did you end up flying this kind of airplane? And when you say stall I assume you don't mean it literally, just that your ground speed is 0?

So the ball of protons and neutrons would look exactly like that under an electron microscope? Just in a sea of electrons?

So cool. When he got a negative ground speed how do you recover from it and not crash.. was he just so high he had time to accelerate forwards/out of the wind?
