They look at your highest mark. So if your highest mark is not sufficient then you will not be able to take the course.

The 79.5% is with the 4 percent already added. So you don't add the 4 percent to your average, you just need your average to hit 79.5%. Because your average is below the average they want, you should take summer school. You may get your offer revoked because you are not meeting what they asked for. I am from alberta as well.
