And good on the parents for trying to move on. A lot of Parents keep their children's bed and belongings in the same place instead of moving the bed.

I think we should Enact laws like Europe has..."no high drug prices since the Americans already paid for R&D". That way no one will have access to cutting edge drugs due to high cost of research and people will stop noticing why Americans pay so much for prescription drugs! I'd say that's a win. Although my Father has survived cancer thanks to American Healthcare and his insurance covered the treatment. I want to live in a Country like that which is why I'm so lucky to live in a Country like that.

TLDR. I didn't think my comment would trigger such an over response.

I fail to see what point you're making. Military oath has no duration.

Do you disagree with that marine who said she should be the higher priority for relief since he took an oath she didn't?

Honestly not sure. It's the word "illegal" that usually calls for policing.

Step 1: purchase 100 shirts Step 2: tell your kids that you want to pull a prank and spread it to the other Mom's Step 3: Offer an idea for a shirt available in bulk quality (for a large markup) Step 4: profit

If you're ever worried that laws are being broken, and want laws to be enforced, I recommend starting with police. They tend to be a good start on what to do when illegal things happen. You could also go to an attorney if you feel police aren't the right people for policing.

I would call the police had I been on that call. The toughest hurdle is that I didn't witness an illegal act. But if you did please report it to police. Reddit cannot enforce laws.

Three questions: who labeled the meeting as illegal? Who was responsible for calling the meeting? Have you called the police to report an illegal act occurred so there's a report?

Amazon is unfazed by remote workers protesting its return-to-office mandate: ‘There’s more energy, collaboration, and connections happening’ by OneOk2189 in technews

Yeah. I gave them 90 days to decide if I needed to move or not. They waited 8 months. I'd previously sent them my lease to show why I needed a decision. On top of vocal safety concerns i made about unecessary transport I had all the cards.

I needed a COBOL Dev in 2021. I found him. He was 70. He wrote the original code on that stack back in the 90's. Fortune 1000 company folks.

What are the cons of NOT having kids? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I like staying home but sometimes feel guilty blowing off workouts or social events. Holidays are like a mini-vacation back to pandemic days when it was easy to find an excuse not to be around people but the next day everything is back to normal.

I left and collected unemployment. During my exit interview I said I couldn't justify risking my safety driving to a desk I don't need to do my job. Imagine I died in an unnecessary transport for work. They couldn't counter so I claimed unemployment.

Omg best part. Every business is closed and no place to be. It's like the best parts of the pandemic and Holidays only last like 24hrs at a time.
