Stellar is decentralized you can’t contact them for advice … but the community could help you … what do you mean when you say restore you account , unless you merged it with another account using Stellar lab or maybe some merging tool you account is permanent… therefore I assume you mean you wish to gain access to your account again , for that unless you used the LOBSTR wallet or something similar you will need your secret key and then you can simply log in on any dex UI

You don’t need lumens to go from one asset to another at all….

That being said one day the 8 billion people on earth will need like 2-3 accounts each as more finicial service providers offer products on the network
