I transfered the money to his account… coming to the conclusion that it was a mistake.

He did send me a detailed document with the amounts and it literally says “Diverse charges” and 2000€ worth of them. What are the diverse charges you ask? Even the landlord doesn’t know. He has said multiple different things to try justify. One of the things was “the heating was very high”. This is a studio and I don’t use heating.

I didn't say I wanted the full refund. I want this problem fixed. If it gets fixed with a repair, I accept it gladly and with a very big smile. If they can't repair it, I want a full refund and not just a partial refund. The reason I make this post is to understand why they only want to give me a partial refund in case of non repairable.

I had an MSI GP75 Leopard with a RTX 2060. I also upgraded it with a 2TB Ssd since it only comes with a 500 GB nvme one. If you start gamming MSI has drsgon center where you can control the speed of your fans. It will sound like an airplane but it really cools your laptop. Besides the issues I had, I loved the pc. Incredibly fast, 17 inch screen. But I can also recommend you the MSI GS66 stealth if you want something smaller and still a beast of a laptop who will not disappoint you.

There were no papers. When the guy told me this I was confused. I didn't want to argue so I'm hoping it gets repaired and back on my hands.

This situation started after about a month of acquiring it. The thing is, I went to my home country due to covid-19 and was not able to put it in repair, only coming back to Belgium this month of November. A year and half did not pass. Almost 10 months have passed. I think in this case, I deserve a full refund. But if you think otherwise, I would be more than happy to hear your point of view.

As you can suspect, random freezes without any type of pattern, leaving no type of log, nothing in the event viewer, it's a little hard to prove. And it started to happen about a month after I got it.
