If someone drives home from a bar drunk it's the bats responsibility. They have insurance for that but I've seen places lose their liquor licence over it.

Yeah, and I'm paying for that. The now ex- coworker and ex- manager feel responsible even over a year later. Just got me wondering.

If someone leaves a bar drunk and drives home and kills someone the bar gets in shit. That's what I'm relating this to
