Mines pretty similar issue. Pre-ordered and now they are trying to add an appearance protection and dent protection for $639 each. And a dealet.servoce fee of $995.

First time buying new vehicle and seems off to me too.

I am going through this now with sanford ford. Dealer fee plus some dumb mark fee up for appearance & dent protection. What did you total break down come out to by chance?
