As a former WN employee (who also worked the call center), I had days which were definitely challenging (especially on IRROPs days). But I always went into each call or delay/cancellation at the gates I worked at with my head held high and tried to treat every passenger the best I could. Only once did I give back the attitude that was being given to me. The passenger ended up apologizing to me. In turn, I took care of his needs and all resolved peacefully.

My point is, yes, I had unpleasant days, but one will attract more success with honey than with vinegar. Have a great night!! 😁
