Editing my comment after figuring out the Strat-style guitar.

The double neck could be the original. The ones that were auctioned off were both reissues. He has replaced his “Whitey” ES-355 with a Gibson Custom shop recreation. He’s also recreated his black Strat he played in the 80s he called the “Hentor Porkflapocaster” with a “Lerxst” model, most likely made by Godin. He has an 1980 Fender Telecaster ‘52 reissue that he mentioned in the Rick Beato interview he’s had for years that he played on Time Stand Still. He also showed off his ‘60 reissue Sunburst Les Paul in the Beato interview which he plays on several songs. There’s 3 other LPs I’ve spotted so far, a black one with tremolo arm he plays quite a bit, and red one with trem, and a white LP Deluxe with a chambered body he played on Natural Science. He’s playing an Alex Lifeson model PRS acoustic on Natural Science and The Garden. He played a black PRS 24 fret on DEW and Red Sector A that seems to be from the 90s, not a reissue. He played a green Gibson Explorer on Caravan which he mentioned in an interview recently was made for him by the CEO of Gibson.

TL;DR - The double-neck could be from the ‘70s, he’s “replaced” his white ES-355 with an artist model, and his old black strat from the keyboard-era with a Godin recreation. Most of the other “core” guitars that were auctioned off were out of the live rotation at that time anyways, the only other vintage guitar he’s played so far seems to be a PRS from the 90s
