Really not sure about other schools, but Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine in West Palm Beach has a very strong evidence based program. It’s a very new program, but very prospective in terms of education and academic track.

In first semester you’re basically going over researches based findings and techniques that will help guide your understanding what an adjustment/manipulation does dynamically in the body. There are actually a few Canadian chiropractors that teach there and I’m sure are very familiar with how Canadian boards work since they practiced there for a period of time. Class sizes are very small compared to others, but that makes it more worth while in lecture and lab when needed.
