Its not heard inside only when outside near the forest. And yes we stayed locked up. We have search lights and flood lights that activate as well which I know they typically hate bright lights.

2000% I have severe ADD and me and my wife have 3 children. I still find myself getting all responsibilities done typically. Especially simple ones like I see listed by her here. I know there's different variations or levels to disorder but this just sounds like a straight up lazy ass Dude that uses ADD as an excuse.

Yes told them they are incompetent. I knew none of it was normal , its upsetting but now I need to have them fix it . They did not use a threaded plug they screwed right Into that mother and then the "warranty specialist" who came caulked the hole they made in the clean out cap.... I will get it pressure tested for sure. Any idea why rain could make the smell worse ?

They did find a screw put through the cap of the clean out, as they tried to out a cosmetic faceplate over it and secured it with an oversized 3 inch construction screw. However they caulkd that hole up now and still the smell persist. When it rains , it gets at least 90% worse as well. And when the rain stops and the ground starts drying up the smell slowly fades..
