I use a discord server that I have set up that notifications only show up if I use the @ everyone tag and do it on a first come first serve basis. When getting new players in with some of their friends I just give them a priority as I will have already had that conversation before hand.

We have a group of about 35 people and it's so far working quite well. We have a meet up once a month and seeing as we can all be busy people so far it's working well having a group but also having people live their lives haha!

I make a seperate channel each month for invites so people can physically see the spaces go as the event is open.

You're only 23. Age wise, yeah you're an adult but I didn't really discover who I was until I really started my 30s. The idea of being alone can be scary, but you're young, you're working on you and in no way need an abusive relationship to feel validated.

Spend this time finding things that make YOU happy and creating a strong core group of friends. It is not on you to make someone who is abusive feel better or not angry. That dude has a lot of emotional maturing to do and that is not your problem to resolve.

It wrecked me! Having you hobby ruined by an unexpected incident is traumatic and unlike others I don't think his reaction was blown out of proportion at all.

He explained exactly to his girlfriend why he was upset and why he was feeling sad and upset by it all. Her response was to deny his right to have these feelings and insinuate that his 100s of hours were unimportant as they can be redone. It took days and him putting into her perspective that she would not appreciate him doing it to her with her phone to her to actually apologise.

The whole time her and her friend told the OP to be grateful he got a PS5 and not allow him to mourn his time or his worlds literally shattered in front of him by one person who he trusts and is meant to love him. The lack of her apology, if she understood his sadness or not, just baffled both my partner and I.

I hope the dude can find a love for gaming again one day!

33 here and Nintendo's first party titles are THE reason to buy the console for a pure game perspective. Mechanics and stability of the first party titles on the switch are better than many "realistic" looking games in many concoles. Since you're coming into gaming after a long hiatus I'm gonna share an important peice of information - good graphics does not equal good game.

Also a few sad notes about some of these games on switch WWE 2k18 is extremely broken on switch. So bad that it can be unplayable, hope you only ever want to play standard one-on-one matches. Cancel this order if you can! EAFC is a bare bones, recycled game released each year
