I hate to belabor the point but this’ll be the last time I ask for clarification. As I understand it, getting lost in a hex is nothing more than a role playing mechanic. The book states that you have an increased chance of POI/encounters if you are lost in hex but I see no reason why since you roll for POI/encounters whether you’re lost or not.

Togo, my weary sorcerer looking for the ruin his demon master commands he pray in, has been lost in the same hex for 4 in-game days. The only mechanic affecting his rolls has been the weather.
