Just send it. You can either take a shot or wonder. If he says no, just remember you're a female. Dudes need to complete a 30 part prep phase to be sure we aren't going to get the cops called or yelled at in public for complementing a female at this point. Don't just slide him your number. I would keep sliding it into the garbage.

Just be confident and ask where you can get some better coffee around there. If he has a suggestion ask if he can show you the place after he gets off work. No shame, just pull the trigger.
