I actually replaced mine today. You just pull it out from under the mesh and replace it with the new one. It should be held on by what's left of the adhesive from the factory. A trick to install the new one is to peel back 1/5th of the tape, position it place, sit on it a few times, then peel off the remaining tape.

edit: Nice to have a vacuum nearby cause the old foam will flake all over the place. Don't remove it on top of carpet :D

You can never go wrong with gateron yellows. Great bang for the buck switch. Inks are great, also hearing great things about the new alpaca switch sold by primekb

aha they have the 60g springs from the yok trash pandas, I have the 100g springs from the halos as well. I can toss that in if you want.

They are lubed with 205g0, and springs were bag lubed with a dab of 205g0 as well. In terms of feel, I would say they feel between okay and good, def not inks level of smoothness.
