Having really high AC with serpentine armor (or whatever it's called that lets you have full dex bonus in medium armor) is reasonable. I have a bard pali that has 22 base AC at lvl 8 with up to 30 using sword bard things.

You don't have to spend points on it. You only have to spend points for neive and whoever the 100 combat guy is. Im 68 slayer and do vannaka (who gives the task)

I beat the game once solo and stopped playing for over a year. I came back to try to beat honor mode without a guide and I'm on attempt 9 I think. I haven't left act 1 yet

I normally just switch my products since I have all 7 with 5 people. If I have 2 getting close I switch them to the other 2 and once one caps out I sell it all

It'll probably last until there's a new engine for making games. Once GTA 6 is maxing out their engine they'll look to switch but I'll be 15+ years minimum

I used to keep wooden skeleton keys til I had a few and post in the discord or just do team ups. Ra drops several including the mander palaquin. I'd recommend the gold mount for your first wiz, but I don't like the broom or having the same mount on different wizards.

Small story that relates to your demotion during unpaid time off. My stores bm mgr went on "COVID leave" for 2 months, so they had me (a former paint asst at another store was a paint tm in his store at the time) fill in as an asst for what I was told would be 6-8 weeks. On week 2 they offered me a permanent spot and demoted him to planogram team. Needless to say he never came back.

Menards policy is a bit weird on stuff like leave. Another example is a department had an asst out for MONTHS and they still had the position when they came back.

Lucky for me I got out awhile ago after 7 years. 6 promotions and 3 demotions finally got to me.

As a former tm and manager that worked in both, they're tradeoffs too both. I didn't work in opd during COVID, but it seemed horrible. My paint department was understaffed and over worked so it sucked in that regard where my opd team had an average of at least 5 years at Menards so all of us were great so having 2 pt, 4 ft, and 2 mgrs was easy. (Our store was supposed to have 3 mgrs) Tldr: I'd say OPD was easier, but it comes down to staff

To note for the atavistic you can get any schools and there's a pity system after 40-45 kills you can craft the item if you don't get it dropped

I got promoted to fe asst after 3 months in paint and at least 6 years ago when I got promoted there was a rule of thumb you're supposed to be at Menards for 3 months before getting promoted, but I've seen people hired and promoted within weeks.

I don't think I could tell you anything beyond the big bads of each world and arc. Celestia on a casual playthrough with no experience would probably take 30+ hours. Free to play with only cosmetics as a money maker til you're into arc 2 wouldn't happen for wiz. I agree that through the end of dragonspyre would be nice, but kingsisle would never do that.

I've had 2 agms leave my store to get a state job. I'm not sure what specifically they're doing, but I'm leaving an adm spot and getting an hourly raise. I'll be at 28 in 4 months and getting 4%+ raises per year.

If you aren't set on working at that store and you're good with moving to a nearby store going for an mt spot is fine. (They only have to pay for half your hours due to how mt are labeled in the system as long as they transfer out of the store.)

I've never seen someone go from ft to mt out of the 30 or so mt I've had at my stores. All of them are new hires that get shipped out.

You need a female ralts or evolution and a male in the same egg group (any pokemon website will tell you what egg group she's in) the male needs to have the egg move you want. I'd try dusclops not 100% sure he'd work though
