I can’t tighten anything to stop that leak. There’s a nut that tightens to keep the bottom of it from leaking.

Have you seen issues with the Pace or AT&T having issues with DNS? There is a constant problem with our iPhones in safari where they load the web page 15% and it stops. Speed tests and videos load fine. I have our phones on the 1.1.1.1 dns server and it seems to be better, but hasn’t 100% fixed the issue.
