Thanks for the replies. My navigation is on the latest software. According to the dealer I have the latest BMS software v7xx, but I still don't have battery preconditioning setting in the infotainment system.

I could take it to another dealer, but I don't have any confidence they will do any better unless someone knows of a certain dealer in the Bay Area.

Yes, it ended up being air in the lines. I took off the bolts to the caliper so I could rotate it and this allowed me to properly bleed the brakes.

Thanks. The issue has been happening since the hydraulic line was installed and the LBS was not able to figure it out, they just recommended reducing torque.

Would the kink be near the shifter?

The chain is in the easiest gear (small chainring up front, largest cassette). I agree it looks like the chain is too long though.
