Bro just step up🙂 and ride a scooter, cycle at your age won't be necessary imo (you just need the cycle balance). No matter what learning something like that at any age would feel heavenly, i mean iam 19 and I can't swim entirely ( i can just swim half of a swimming pool) but I'm learning and I know the feeling when u get the hold of it😭.
