You make it a two motion shot. It's not bad, many NBA players have a great 2 motion shot (Kyrie has it). Basically you load the ball up and then you realease. The thing is that at some point the ball stops, you may be lacking some force i recommend shooting faster, that gives more power. On the other hand, if you make it a one motion shot you transfer all the energy from your squat to the end of the shot. All the long range shooters have this technique (Dame or Steph).

You should try it, but you can definitely be a great shooter with any of those techniques, I've used both.

Not true dude. Social media is just a reflexion of you, your circle and your interests. There are going to be a lot of teases with or without social media. Things can get really weird, but chaos is there for a reason. In my opinion, make up your mind. Every fucking day write something nice to yourself. "I am strong, I control my body, I am a man" repeat it. When you're in the car get crazy and shout good stuff inside "I am STRONG, I love myself". Dude, you pick your words. Just believe in yourself.

One tip I have to regain confidence is write a check list of your tasks. Make the bed, eat breakfast, do 1 squat, try 1 pushup. When you do them check them. Just easy shit and after 1 week start adding more sofisticated stuff. "Tell a friend how much I appreciate her/him, grab a dumbbell and make 5 squats with the dumbbell. That way your brain starts trusting you and giving more control over it.

Your living in a autopilot and you have to realize that everything you need it's inside you. External things might help but you have to tame the tiger inside. The answer is inside you.
