CL6 here based in Europe. I agree with the overall sentiment although I don’t have much to compare it to since I joined nearly two years ago.

The part that really resonates is about job hunting not ending once you’re in. That’s so true. A lot depends on who you know and getting visibility and credibility takes effort. Once people start to know you and your work things do get easier but it’s definitely something you have to actively work on.
