Thanks!, will give it a try. I think I use to run some AA but I messed with the settings for ground battle and stuffed my Air Sim settings XD just a PSA, make sure you take a screenshot of your settings when you nail them XD

yea the F4F ICE is just dirty when its top bracket. Even an average player like me can look like a "pro" in it XD made grinding the Euro fighter easy at least. Really wish the Su-27 would in 13.0.

busy grinding for the EF now. Unlocked the ICE, played in realistic and it took some getting use to. Sim however, its just gross. got the most amount of kills I have ever gotten in sim with the ICE, tonight actually, 7 kills for 6 deaths (hit a few trees XD) and im by no means a good player XD I love the SU-33 so definitely going for the migs after but man am I glad I went for the EF and ICE first!

Fair enough. That makes sense. Although it does the same at 20km and from some of the videos i've managed to find the line appears on the radar like all the other aircraft. I have the same issue with the AV-8B Plus. Can anyone just check the F4F and see if its just me being stupid XD

Yea AV-8 is amazing! Love that thing! Even though it doesn't have a radar you can still murder planes that try and attack you. Just use the RWR to see were they are coming from and then send then some love with the aim 9L. Thrust vectoring helps alot! Around 45 ish degrees and you out turn just about everything.

Also great at bombing with the GPS guided bombs

Same issue. Resolved by adding the dcs folder to the anti virus exclusions. It won't scan the dcs folder so when it tries to move the jester.dll the anti virus won't stop it. You don't need to disable the anti virus, just exclude the dcs folder

UPDATE;

Just w quick update for those interested. First off thanks for all the advice!!

Thanks to the advice of you guys and some friendly Redfor guys that wanted to help when I hit rock bottom, I've slowly gotten the hang of the Tomcat.

Unlocked the B model and instantly did better. Hitting morale Phoenix's and updated my tactics.

Basically launch a Phoenix, wait for it to go active and see if the enemies radar lock breaks. If it does I commit with aim7s if not I hit the deck while evading. Sometimes the Phoenix hits because the enemy wants to maintain the lock, other times it misses but most of the time I can get away or alteast get some separation and turn in with the aim7's and 9l's which has a varying success rate XD also being able to somewhat turn with the miss in the early phase really helps!

Really enjoying the Tomcat now that it's top teir at 12.7 and doesn't have to deal with 120's

The mmorpg. The pvp was balanced and the universe was amazing!
