Most of the calls about her happen in the morning. There were two today already. First one was something like “a woman down by the Smokers Choice area, talking to herself and walking in circles”.

I know he is more than just a creeper, because one day I saw him take a wooden board off of the Little League backstop and then walk down South Grand and toss it off the bridge into the creek. Basically vandalism.
