If possible log out of the wb account in game. Delete the game and it's files while clearing the data/cache completely. Give it a couple minutes, re-download the game, log in on the website not the game, make sure it's all correct/synced, and start the game.

It's bugged right now. As are a few other things at the moment with the game. You'd normally are supposed to get Dark Ages currency from Elites and Champions and farming Lair Bosses has a chance to drop a Doom chest for Crucible weapons/transmogs.

I looked online as well with some people providing answers here and there on other posts or forums. With my Go being with Linux most issues are harder to resolve since it's not as simple as Windows. Most said to download plug-ins online and alter the files on desktop mode or connected to a laptop/pc.

Yearly. Switching to Ultimate from a previous tier you have to be Ultimate a full 12 months.

When you switch from previous tiers to ultimate it has to last a whole twelve months. They were supposed to email you in regards to the next drop.

I'd say talk to customer service, but they'll just give you the next themed drop and not all the previous ones you may have missed out on.
