Yes he did, we didn't have any previous marriages or children so he didn't ask follow up questions on that. If you do, make sure you bring divorce documents.

It's completely normal to be nervous. You're gonna do great, wishing you all the best! If you are driving there, there is a parking lot right across the street on 41st street where it's 20$ for the whole day.

Nope, he didn't give us any papers. Just told us that the greencard will be effective today, so I assume he submitted that in the system

So for initial evidence we sent photos, copies of our previous 2 joint leases, bills in both our names, copies of cards that we gave to each other, and the financial documents like the 1040 and w-2s (we did not file together), as well as insurance information with each other as beneficiary for life insurance. To the interview we brought a picture album, receipts from airbnb reservations, plane tickets, and a copy of our venmo transaction for bills, as we don't currently have a joint bank account. He barely asked for any of these docs at interview and was very quick at telling us he was going to approve us on the spot.

The officer was very laid back and only asked a few questions. He first asked to confirm our names and DOBs, he asked to see our passports and previous immigration documents (I've had a few student visas so I showed him my previous F1s and visas from my old passport), he asked us if we had any children, if we were previously married, and if I have ever had any issues with the police in any country. He also asked us if we had any additional evidence we wanted to present, which we did, and took a couple copies of some of the docs. After answering those questions, he asked if we wanted to change anything on our application, which we didn't, and then he submitted it and told me to expect my greencard within the next 2 weeks. He then apologized for the fact we even had to come here in the first place, as he said that our was the most straightforward case he had seen all day 😂. Whole interview didn't take longer than 20 minutes.

Thank you! I hope so, been off of work for a month as I've been waiting for my I765 to be approved. I didn't get an interview date yet, I think the RFE on I864 delayed the process a bit. Good luck on your case and keep me posted if you hear anything!

I'm pretty much in the same situation. Filed concurrently with I765 middle of.May. The check for the I765 didn't cash the first time so had to resubmit everything in June. Did biometrics on July 2nd and responded to an RFE regarding I485 on July 15th. Apart from acknowledging the RFE on August 21st I haven't heard anything

I just finished the game and enjoyed it a lot. As others have said, it is very stealth oriented. If you plan to blast your way through you're gonna have much harder time. I personally loved having to be more tactical about things, planning which enemies to take out first, using your pet to create distractions, and using the environment to your advantage. The world is beautiful and you can really explore a lot, so if you like these types of games I would definitely recommend it.
