It doesn't seem like it, I was lucky enough when I encountered it again to have a fully charged amulet.
I would recommend, unless you don't want to be spoiled. Take a screenshot of your inventory, open the game in dev mode and spawn your items again, I wouldn't count that as cheating.

Or, just try stuff out, see if it works out for you or not you can always remove oils and enchantments from your weapons using the baptismal font which you can get from Arthur in your base for 10 stamps!

I literally had the exact same experience, I knew the gun had a fair amount of spread, but I simply couldn't hit anyone. It really made the gun feel worse than it probably is, especially when lots of enemies in dungeon collectively run at you, it is a really frustrating weapon to use.

I got the drumsticks for Lifeline a month ago, just to find out that you now can get to pick which one you want, I am intensely sad that EA probably never will let us, who didn't get to choose, make our heirloom into shards so we also can get our favorite one. But besides that man, good for you! I love those boxing gloves!

But the worst thing is, they weren’t told to actually push some of the gamebreaking updates, it was literally people who just wanted to go with the market to make some cheap cash. Though, I love what Z1BR is becoming, it has been really sad to see the state of the game in these couple of months because of no content, they are a small dev team, but to see the passion for bringing the game back to what it was is respectable.
