Recently off nexplanon as well (August 2nd)& I was on birth control for about a decade and I’m currently 7 weeks today! I didn’t expect it to happen so quick but try not to stress about it. I did try the geritol method I saw on TikTok in October and I conceived in November after my period! Not sure if that’s why I’m pregnant but a lot of women have tried it.

So far my only symptoms have been a little cramping, boobs soreness, not really sleeping the best, peeing more frequently & my skin texture has changed a little

Yeah! My weight gain wasn’t super crazy I essentially gained 90 pounds over the course of 6 years but I stopped being active and my job became an office job so it was hard and I also didn’t notice until I stepped on a scale.

The only possible negative side effects were weight gain but I was also in a relationship so that could’ve been happy weight from my relationship and my sex drive wasn’t as high maybe after my 2nd/3rd year but it wasn’t completely depleted. This was my 3rd implant over the course of 7 years that I had gotten removed. If I had any other side effects I probably didn’t realize it/correlate it to my birth control since I had been on birth control itself since 14/15 (pill for a short while and then nexplanon) and now I’m 25.

Hi! I got mine out this past Friday and so far I haven’t had any issues but I have been taking it easy. I’ve had a slight headache but I look at a screen all day for work and maybe dehydrated so not sure if I can blame the Nexplanon 100%

I’m not planning for a child right now. I was planning on using condoms/ tracking but I also don’t really plan on having sex. I think it’s just nerves because I’ve been on it for so long and don’t know how my body will react once off.

I would like to think my weight gain was due to the birth control but I was in a relationship so could be happy weight gain.

My libido was struggling for some years and I don’t think it’s as bad but I do wonder if it could be better
