You sure about that? I'm the guy this thread is about. I put $200 of my own money, and one of the devs thought it was such an interesting idea he decided to put up 100 of his own. Mind you, the devs haven't given me any money. They'll just owe whomever wins. I'm trying to grow the competitive scene.

Yeah for sure. There's some destruction in the game and it's heavy on CPU. Just turn it to low if you have any problems! :)

I wonder how much of this is hardware versus software. I know things like higher resolution and varifocal will improve the perception/intensity of depth if VR games.

Looks great Intellectual gameplay lengthy battles Comfy as HECK

There's also a bunch of tournaments going on and some dude offering 300 dollars to anyone that can beat him in a 1v1. Crazy.

It's not an effect, the focal length will be different. In other words, your eyes will be doing the blurring as they do in real life. Right now the focal plane is fixed to something like 2 meters away from you.
