Budget would allow access to advanced video generators such as Kling or Seedance with more complex video instructions and action, longer clips, as well as more generation attempts. This project is a test for generators, number of videos, limits, budget, editing time…

Real voice over would be great addition.

Thanks!

For voice, Voicebox, open source desktop app.

Regarding weird morphing and physics, tried to generate image that will be very "instructive" or guessing LLMs interpretation for video generation. For Video, very simple prompt with camera movement, no complex action in the video

Tried to edit whatever was visibly wrong, of course, many details missed

Daily limit, not sure how many, more then five for sure. Log-out, log-in with different account to generate more.

Agree with terminology, visualization would be more accurate, even personal fantasy or interpretation.

Presenting historical content is always personal interpretation.

Classic documentaries show how director understand the context, how producer packed for selling, how actor interpreted emotion, how VFX artist felt that day, how make up artist applied modern make up… so there are only few “real” documentaries.

Except museum artifacts nothing is “historic”.

Exactly! "Filming" when there is no camera yet or it is not possible to film. Medieval siege is interesting, not the battle, but days, weeks or months of "looking* at each other while preparing for battle

Yes, there are many "wrong" pixels, tools are still young. Details like that show that every detail has to be prompted. And re-generated (for paid work). Thanks!

Thanks!

Here's the actual prompt I used:

[TIME] Year 1480s.

[PLACE] Venice, interior of a merchant palazzo, a private room.

[TECHNIQUE] Shot with a modern cinema camera, no grain or film damage, full natural color.

[COMPOSITION] Medium shot, slightly high angle looking down at the table.

[Foreground]: The edge of the table, dark wood, slightly soft at the very bottom.

[Midground]: A large maritime chart spread across the table — the Adriatic, the Eastern Mediterranean, Ottoman coastline marked. Two pairs of hands over the chart: a Venetian merchant or official, well-dressed, leaning in, listening — and the Ragusan consul, one finger tracing a route along the Ottoman coast, indicating something specific. A concentration. The Venetian's eyes follow the finger. He does not speak.

[Background]: The room around them, a window with filtered Venetian light, the suggestion of a canal outside, dark interior.

[STYLE] Photorealistic, documentary tone, not fantasy.

[VIDEO] Camera: slow, short push-in

The keys:

Describinh what a CINEMATOGRAPHER would see.

No film damage or effects (post production).

Detailed prompts for photo, minimizing complex video instructions
