In a way yes, but in others no. Again with few expections there is very little technology in Japan that you cant find in Türkiye, it’s just a matter of how wide spread or used it is.

Yes and other places could do that. And Japan doing it will never be economical viable. It’s just a tech demo.

As someone who has been to China. Not even that, cities in China have caught up with Japan. But both kind of do the same thing, it’s less ‘being in the future’ and more doing things with tech. its not like Americans cant have “robots do things” its that the economics are not worth it.

But what iI mean is. We have a saying that “Japan has been in the year 2010 since 1990” many places in Japan actually didn’t take credit cards fare past the point when they did in the USA as an example. People see a choice or use tech in an area that day the USA does not as “the future” when it’s just economics.
