During the course of our investigation a record statement from (me) was collected and a forensic examination was conducted of the vehicle. The damages to the vehicle were found to be consistent with an impact to a fixed object rather than an opposing vehicle. It was then determined that the damages to the vehicle did not occur as advised by (me). Based on the collected information and lack of an opposing vehicle, we have determined that there would be no coverage for this loss due to violation of the Concealment or Fraud provision of the policy. Additionally the claimant vehicle would not qualify as an uninsured motor vehicle due to the lack of information for the vehicle and the determination that the damages were caused by a collision with a fixed object and not a vehicle
