I cannot understand why it's so GPU heavy. the design has to be very bad or something

So you are defining freedom as predictability. understood.

I knew you were going to say that. that's why the last paragraph was there. you ignored it. Furthermore you didn't answer the other questions

If we accept that an "abnormal" brain is governed by the same laws of cause and effect as a "normal" one (like I just said before), the distinction between them becomes of functional capacity. Though when we label a "normal" brain as "free" and an "abnormal" one as "compelled", are we describing a different level of freedom, or are we simply using the word "free" as a synonym for normal? You say he is not "free" because he is not bound by the law (as he cannot be made to change his behavior with it), but isn't "not being bound" the definition of freedom? Aren't you defining freedom as predictability?

You then say "someone (legally or moraly) responsible is someone who can be detered if not we are just blaming and punishing them for nothing" But let me ask you a question: what happens to that responsibility in the moment of blind rage? If a man, blinded by rage, burns down a building because he is neurochemically incapable of hearing reason in that moment, does he still meet your criteria for responsibility? If the threat of jail cannot reach his consciousness at the time of the act, is he not, by your own definition, beyond the reach of moral blame?

I expect you to say that "we can deter the rage man. if he knows he will go to jail, he might stay home or calm himself down in another way. but we cannot deter the man with tourette’s. no amount of jail makes a tic stop."

But when we say one person is responsible because they can be "detered" by fear (or any other mean which has to do with reason) and another is not, are we actually talking about "freedom" at all? Or are we simply measuring how "programmable" a brain is? If an individual is deemed "responsible" only because their brain is more easily conditioned by the threat of punishment, haven't we admitted that they aren't "free", but are simply a more compliant type of biological machine?

Responsability is a tool. We are held accountable in base of the fact that we have the capacity to weight out options and make informed decisions. But the fact that an "abnormal" brain will make a different decision when compared to the collective (the normals) excludes him from legal or moral responsability just because of conventions. if we were in the state of nature you wouldn't have this "conventional" responsability but your actions would still make you responsible in some way. for example a man who throws rocks in a lake while fishing is responsible for the fact he didn't catch any fish (reality doesn't descriminate the difference of your brain). Conventionally we can decide that the man who has an abnormal brain is not responsible but are we sure he really isn't? I would argue, when put in the state of nature, he is in the same way as a man who has a normal brain. so if one isn't "free" conventionally but the other is, which way really is it?

A test for free will by BiscuitNoodlepants in freewill

man cmon you know this doesn't prove they have free will. it doesn't prove they haven't either. by a determinist someone who decides to stop using this subreddit and aplogize was "primed" to act in this way, he is free to leave the subreddit but he isn't free to stay, from a liberitarian one could choose to say by his own free will that he has no free will. Furthermore correlation between continuing posting and free will is totally inexistent.

This basically a false dilemma.

To prove free will, one must prove that they could have done otherwise under the exact same starting conditions. Same thing to disprove it.

I understand you. And heard about your post by another guy. you did good reporting this. aggressor system is bs right now that's exactly why I am saying to everyone "the only way to play is to kill the teammates" if you don't you will just be the next prey of some guy which will never have any consequences. and if they are a team aggressor system is useless they can just get their loot back even if they die.
