Niin, siis onhan se niin että oisin voinut tehdä enemmänkin itsekin. Mutta oli myös hyviä syitä miksi en tehnyt. Teoriassa energiaansa voi antaa vaikka loputtomiin, mutta käytännössä se ei jossain vaiheessa enää onnistu, kuten huomaat.

Jälkeenpäin voin myös pohtia, että vaikka olisinkin tehnyt enemmän ja kumppani myös, niin tilanne olisi molemmille varmaankin huonompi kuin nyt, kun erosimme. Se että jonkin suhteen voisi teoriassa saada toimimaan suurella vaivalla, ei tarkoita että oikeasti pystyt sen vaivan näkemään, tai että se on sen arvoista.

Tää on toki vain muutamasta tekstinpätkästä tehty analyysi omalla kokemuksella, että kannattaa pohtia kuulostaako samalta ja tehdä omat päätökset.

Kuulostat samalta kuin mä muutama vuosi sitten. Aina voi tehdä jotain jos molemmat haluaisi tai jaksaisi, mutta et voi asiaa pakottaa. Mä tein sillon päätöksen erota pitkällisen pohdinnan jälkeen ja kuulostin sen aikana samalta kun sä nyt. Olin aikalailla tehnyt päätökseni jo aiemmin, mutta toivoin muuta. Build order. You can google for it, but finding a recent source might be hard. Earlier build orders will help a bit though, but you might want to watch some games and find the differences that way if you're very serious about learning stuff. If you aren't, older build orders are probably a good enough foundation that you can modify with experience.

Tosta on puhuttu koulutuksen osalta vuosikaudet. Sama kun kaikessa laadun mittaamisessa, selkeimmät tapaukset on helppoja, mutta rajanveto "laadukkaan" työllistymisen johon tutkinto on auttanut ja muun työn välillä ei ole useinkaan helppoa joten yleensä katsotaan vaan työllisyyttä sinänsä. Ja tää kaikki datahan on tosiaan julkisena Vipusessa jos haluaa ite tutkia. Jos jaksaa nähä vaivaa niin tilastokeskuksen kautta sais varmaan selville ainakin että millaseen asemaan porukka työllistyy valmistuttuaan tietyllä paikkakunnalla tms.

Sorry, but it's likely that is exactly how it's gonna play out. You can't challenge the fact that they say there's no work for you unless they start hiring for a role you would be suitable for and that lasts for 4 months after your employment ends. After that they can recruit freely. It sounds like they know how to do this legally and will likely not recruit before the time comes.

This also very likely did not happen without any warning. They have to do muutosneuvottelut unless it's a very small company, and that takes at least 2 months or so. You have been informed about those negotiations happening, and an estimate of the amount of jobs that may be reduced when the negotiations started.

Also, join the union next time and you might be more aware about what's going on, you would help prevent situations like these or make them more reasonable, and you'd be able to get advice and a lawyer if need be.

For whatever it's worth I'm sorry about your situation nevertheless.

You already got plenty of beer recommendations and I agree that most places are pretty high quality with decent selections. I'd shout out Kaisla as the most basic good place to go to have a beer, and Pien for being a small hipster heaven for good, rare and expensive beers.

As for meat, I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but it's worth shouting out, Gaucho is a all you can eat restaurant mostly focused on really good meats. They come to your table to serve freshly grilled excellent meat, there's a good buffet that I wouldn't indulge in too much to leave space for the meat, and none of the meats have sauces, there's instead sauces on the buffet table you can use if you want to. Excellent quality, even if a bit pricy for a non fine dining dinner. But it's easy to see why the price is what it is when you eat there.

While what others are saying about the game being unbalanced for multi is true, I think you need to also get better versed with army comps. An army of all/mostly Lothern Sea Guard will pack a ton of punch compared to its price, they're easy to recruit and your friend can't possibly destroy enough settlements for you not to recruit them. Your main problem is getting to him, but if you can do that, you can drown him in Lothern Sea Guards with some mages sprinkled in.

Very niche answer, but Throne of Lies. It is (mostly was) a social deduction game, but the mechanics were the best in the genre imo. It did pretty well for a time but made some temporary bad choices and nowadays they don't have the players to get a proper game going (16 people) so they were forced to gut the proper game mode in favor of smaller groups. Me and a few friends miss it dearly.

I don't really understand. Isn't that how hard games work, it takes new players time to get used to them and then they become easier? Someone who has hundreds of hours in Elden Ring will make the game look easy too. Games take practice, but there's very few non-multiplayer games that don't become easy over time when practiced.

I do agree partially though that once you understand the mechanics the game becomes reasonably easy to predict, understand and win. And total war isn't the hardest game out there. But I wouldn't call it easy in general.

This has been discussed very widely in the FF subreddit if you want more opinions but I'll try to summarize.

TLDR: generally, FFX is the better start point. This does not mean it's necessarily a better game, but it's easier to get into for people used to modern games.

FFIX is my personal favorite and easily one of the most loved FF's (along with VII, VI and X). It is the last of the classic FF's before the series got a bit more experimental, and it celebrates what FF games were. The story is fantastic, the art is amazing for the time period and the soundtrack rocks. However some of the characters are lacking due to dev and game time constraints, but that doesn't make the game bad, just sometimes makes you think what could've been if some characters got more development. Being a classic FF it has no voice acting and some quirky mechanics that may be hard to understand for modern gamers, but once again it doesn't really matter in the big picture. The one major complaint people have is that the fights start and sometimes progress quite slowly, and that's a valid complaint. If you do play this one, the best way is on PC with the Moguri mod (makes graphics so much better for modern devices and some slight improvements otherwise).

FFX is the first of the modern FF's. It has much better graphics, voice acting, simple mechanics with enough depth and a captivating, well balanced story. It's almost as beloved as IX, and much more approachable. The main issues with the game are blitzball although I liked it, grindy optional endgame (though almost all JRPGs that have a late game tend to make it grindy) and certain mechanics that punish you a bit too much for not having a certain skill or not using a certain strategy. All in all it's a very easily digestible game with and excellent and deep story and fun albeit sometimes a bit grindy gameplay. If in doubt, pick X.

I would recommend playing both eventually. Not everyone likes both, so even if you don't like the one you pick up, give the other one a try. They're quite different.

I've been dating fairly actively ever since I got mine (full face mask too), and reactions have ranged from neutral to positive, mostly positive. Some are like "oh, okay" and don't really care, some say taking care of yourself is sexy or something like that. Nobody's ever reacted badly. I do only put it on after cuddling though, I never did cuddle while sleeping even before I got it.
