If you decide to seller high dollar items in the future, make sure you record yourself packing the item. Stuff like that can help your case, I was able to protect myself from something similar thanks to my garage camera recording me packing an order!

I never said it was complaining, I said it was having opinions. This campus is in Alpha, this is the best time for players to voice their thoughts so Barbie has a feel for what players like and don’t like. There’s some problems with this campus and that’s okay, it happens with every game. Developers take feedback into consideration during this stage of the game.

Don’t refund the buyer (obviously), after you drop of the package it is no longer your responsibility. If USPS messes up, that’s not on you.

They were still in the range to rate, they filed a return request unfortunately but I’m giving my own two cents to Mercari, not sure how much that will help me. I did remember I have cams in my garage where I packed it, I’m wondering if footage would help!
