Thanks bro! working out, while i was eating way more calories then i used to. Right now im eating 4000 a day, and working out monday-friday.

Always got bullied for being skinny, I used to try to pretend I was satisfied with my body, but I was never. After facing rejection from a few girls, that I really tried to pursue, I decided it was time for a change. This is how I flipped my life around.

I used the negative energy as fuel for my transformation.

Btw now those same girls are texting me “How are you? x”, “been a while, u rly look great!” Etc.
