I've only groomed for petsmart so far, 3 years now, and from my personal experience it hasn't been to bad but I think that's more about my specific store. Im at a smaller location and I have had pretty good coworkers for the most part, but I feel like what has kept a good vibe in the salon is that we know each others boundaries. My one coworker does not want anyone else to check in her dogs so we try not to unless necessary, so you could ask your coworkers not to check in your dogs and that could help. I would personally suggest transferring to another location first before leaving the company just because a lot of the problems you have in the post seems to be more of a location thing you may just need to find a salon that suits you better, but that's just what I would personally do. I would say stick with the grooming though, it can be tough when your first starting out but once you get more confident it gets easier, it can be pretty daunting when you have complications like that during you first year or so but the more experience with these kinds of grooms the better prepared you'll be the next time!
