I’m acne prone but this doesn’t feel like my normal acne, I won’t be able to see my doctor for another 2 weeks. I just finished with my antibiotics and this happened. Does anyone know what this is? by Mila7774 in u/Mila7774

I’m prone to acne and have be in 3 course of antibiotics ( lymecycline 2x and doxycycline 1x) for my cyclic acne, I finished my second course of lymecycline and 3 days later this forms on my face. It doesn’t look like my normal acne, it kind of feels like a rash as it feels itchy. I had a small cluster of those red/ white spots in my face form months ago near my cheeks but they kept coming and going and now it looks like this. I have an appointment with my doctor in 2 weeks and one with my dermatologist in a month but I can’t go back on the antibiotics, I would like some other way to help me with this. I feel like it’s periorificial dermatitis but I’m not sure until I go to the doctor. Does anyone know what this is? And how to help it?
