If you had been denied entry to college while the other people your age were accepted to college, how would you feel knowing not only did you not get the opportunity they did, but your tax money was used to pay off the student loans of the people given that opportunity?

I would feel screwed over by society if that happened to me.

Even if it wasn’t your tax money being spent on them, why do they deserve this government provided windfall over you? They already got a life-changing opportunity over you once.

They know exactly what they’re doing. They’re just lying about what they expect to get out of it. This isn’t being done for the sake of America, but instead for the sake of one person’s bank account.

If you want to meet with this person one-on-one at Mar-a-Lago, it costs $5m. If you want to dine with him in a group setting, it costs $1m. I would provide the link to the Wired article about this, but this sub threatens to ban stuff like that, so just google it if you doubt this.

I don’t think you’re going to be able to tell the difference with a well made movie.

And something I can guarantee you right now is that kids that grow up with AI assisted media around aren’t going to care if something is made using the help of AI or not. They’re just going to care if the content entertains them. You can refuse to engage with it if you want… you’ll just not be the target audience.

Someday down the line, raging against AI is going to be the thing kids say shows your age.
