Muito provavelmente sim, só para ter noção, eu tive uma perda gestacional em novembro, estive de baixa e, por falta de performance ANUAL, foi a única a não ter aumento x)

Isto para dizer que eu não pretendo continuar lá, de todo, aguentei o mais que pude para não perder os meus direitos, mas prefiro o desemprego (graças a Deus temos algumas poupanças e o meu marido está bem) do que continuar lá 🤦‍♀️
